owner and all employees were very polite and had great prices compared to back home.
They lost my business, I walked in looking to buy something for my boyfriend, the owner followed me around the whole store & the associate stared at me until i made a purchase. I don’t know if they do this every customer or is it because I’m black but i felt very uncomfortable. Then when i stared back at the associate, she turn her head around fast to make it seem like she was doing something.
Owner and all employees are rude and obnoxious. The owner a refused to allow a refund WITH a receipt on a Christmas gift. You would be much better served ordering from Amazon or going to Academy. As I left the store he made a point to loudly yell in a smartassed tone "GOODBYE"...good riddance I say. I'll never grace their doorstep again. I advise you not to as well. People like that do not deserve to stay in business.
Heard the owner pretty much yelling at a lady who wanted to do a return yesterday. He was loud and obnoxious. The staff was snickering about it. I left and spent my $500 in Christmas cash at academy. I refuse to do business with a place that treats its customers that way.
Owner very rude and condescending. Will never shop there again!
Associate was extremely RUDE when I tried to ask a question about a VERY expensive item I purchased from here. Will NEVER go back again.
