Exceptional Broker, knowledge of the local area incomparable. Broke all the numbers down, past current and fifties so we could come with an acceptable price point. Great advertising, video, computer staging of the property. Would not have another Broker. Worked 24/7 365 for us and we received the amount we were looking for.
