I just moved in but I just want to take a moment to praise Matthew who was my leasing agent. His tour got me excited about the building and the unit I picked. Not only was he kind and welcoming but he made sure to answer all my questions. I had to move in pretty quickly because of scheduling and he was there at every step of the process to make this as easy as possible under the circumstances.
Management finally updated my resident portal after a long delay, but the overall lack of professionalism, disregard for tenant privacy, and sketchy operational practices at this building remain a massive issue. The leasing manager explicitly tried to claim the building requires a 90 day notice to vacate. This contradicts Montgomery County landlord tenant law, which strictly limits notice requirements to 60 days. Management is actively spreading misinformation that financially exploits residents. It seemed like a nice enough place. We hated the hallways though, the lighting is very dim and depressing.
Worst experience I've ever had. All I was trying to do was find a place to live. I didn't know I had a limited time to do so and was disrespectfully turned down. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
