I'm here from out of state looking for a home. Scheduled an appt several days in advance, got a text msg morning of appt saying they're looking forward to showing me the property. When I got there, offc was locked, no one answered the phone. This tells me all I need to know about mgmt. This place is off my list.
We’ve had work orders we’ve put in going back a month that still need to be completed. Management gives good lip service but when it comes to getting the work done it doesn’t always get done. We’ve requested pest control but they didn’t show. I’m afraid to use the garage because there’s a bad leak in the ceiling. Plaster has been falling and there’s a huge water stain.
