This people Need to get fired asap
Bad service all all
This firm is just incompetent and they can’t even manage themselves. The Plaza is a mess, stairs, elevators and surroundings always dirty since 14+ months ago, how come they pretend to get paid double in 2025 with such a bad service. I heard that if you need footage from the security cameras for a police report you will have to pay them to get the evidence if a criminal come and robs you or even worse.Such a disgrace of company, they need to get fired asap.
Tracie Martin will get your HOA sued as she does not treat residents fairly, and takes the sides of people who have become friends of hers, as I have experienced.
