A lot of attitude at this firm. I setup autopay with them and then they didn't pull the money from my account so they charged me late fees. I showed them proof that the autopay request was submitted and they still charged the late fees.
If I could give CAM Firm zero stars, I would. The level of incompetence is astonishing. Communication is inconsistent or nonexistent, follow-through is virtually impossible to get, and simple issues drag on far longer than they should. It feels like residents are expected to chase the management company just to get basic questions answered or routine matters addressed. the worst HOA company ever! there was a serious incident at the pool involving kids being injured and they will not provide videos even after being asked by Sheriffs office. Tracie and Whitney will do the very least at everything they do. unfortunatlly if you live in driftwood estates youre stuck w/ this miserable woman and her employees.
