I lived in The Caleb for one year. Worst management ever. They kept towing our cars was extremely hard to keep my cars registered to keep them from being towed. Also the parking is terrible I went from a car with no dents to several dents from poles in the parking lot. Also my washer and dryer never worked and I requested repair weekly and nothing was done. Worst Apartment experience of my life!
Delmy was very helpful in assisting with finding an apartment. And was very transparent in detailing available move-in dates.
Make sure you double check they are actually working and keeping track of your lease. Nina will forget about papers she signs and Brandi has the be the worst attitude I’ve seen on management.
I would advise against moving here if you value: Cleanliness Safety & Pet-Friendliness Parking Convenience Management Cleanliness: Let’s start with the “valet” trash service. Rather than being a convenience, it results in smelly bags left in front of doors. Most apartments don’t have a dedicated bin, so the exposed bags attract roaches. They’re everywhere. don’t move here. it’s gross and there’s a roach and fruit fly problem. neighbors are loud and horrible pet owners. people let there dogs out with no leash and do not clean up after them. there’s trash outside, i literally saw a diaper the other day. the apartments do not look like the pictures at all and the appliances suck. not worth it even at a low price
