The Caleb is truly a wonderful place to call home. I chose this property for my very first apartment, and my time here has been thoroughly enjoyable. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional responsiveness and support from the current management, especially Brandy, Nina, and Leonard, who have consistently gone above and beyond to address my maintenance and administrative requests.

I've lived there for 2 years and what drew me in was the fact that they had in-unit washer and dryers and rent was cheap. (you get what you pay for) Little did I know that those washer and dryers would be the reason for so many problems. The maintenance team was so good in the beginning, but towards the end, all of my issues were looked at weeks later. The emergency maintenance number and email doesn't work, so don't bother. I had issues with the disposal, dishwasher, and roaches during my stay there. Hopefully these issues ... read more
Came in to register my car and Ms. Nina & Ms. Samantha were very helpful! They have truly made The Caleb feel more like home!
