Building had multiple property management companies within my one year stay so documents are often misplaced. appliances are old. My refrigerator wasn’t replaced until it caught on fire even after multiple maintenance request. Central Air does not work in all the units.

Please save yourself the hassle and go live somewhere else . My car got towed a week ago bc it wasn’t “ registered “ turns out they switched to a different towing company that requires cars to be registered again , witch was not communicated to me . They claim there was flyers passed out , but there was not a single paper in my door . I had to pay $250 to get my car back , talked to the manager , she claims she can’t do anything about this . I lived in The Caleb for one year. Worst management ever. They kept towing our cars was extremely hard to keep my cars registered to keep them from being towed. Also the parking is terrible I went from a car with no dents to several dents from poles in the parking lot. Also my washer and dryer never worked and I requested repair weekly and nothing was done. Worst Apartment experience of my life!
Delmy was very helpful in assisting with finding an apartment. And was very transparent in detailing available move-in dates.
