Run far far away. If you aren't ready to show up for yourself and make your health a priority, don't bother coming. This gym shook me. I was exposed and couldn't make any more excuses for myself. Mar and Barry push you, believe in you, and will put more effort into your transformation than you could ever put in yourself. I've only been a member for 5 months and am stronger and more confident in myself.
I recently started training at Cakery and I can honestly say I’m extremely impressed and so grateful to have found this place.
