I joined the Cakery this past July 2024 and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. First off, Barry and Mar are genuinely two of the nicest guys. They really care about you and want you to reach your goals. Barry has taught me so much and always provides me with motivation, even on days I don’t feel 100%. I have been working out with Mar for about 5 years now and I look forward to it, even at 6am! It’s a personalized workout for just me but have a group of supportive women working out around me. It’s not just the work outs and people that are amazing, but it’s Mar himself. Mar is in a completely different class/level than every trainer I have ever met and worked out with. You just have to watch him in action, once you do, you will know he and this gym is better than the rest.
I joined the Cakery 2 years ago and was the best decision ever. I have struggled with sticking to a program in the past but with Mar and Barry I absolutely love it and look forward to the next session. I have noticed a difference in my body, I feel stronger and more confident in myself. The support and commitment felt from Mar and Barry is incredible.
I found The Cakery on Instagram in the summer of 2023 and then joined the 6 week challenge they did that October. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Never in my life did I think I would be waking up at 5:30 AM to workout, but now I look forward to the days I go to The Cakery.
