Awful customer service. Didn't honor a request my cousin had for dairy-free cake for his wedding, resulting in an allergic reaction on his wedding day. When he sent a polite email expressing his concerns and asking for a refund, he was met with rudeness and arrogance. Zero attempts to even apologize, much less to rectify the situation they had caused. Hello Lauren. Thank you for your concern. The groom's cake was delivered dairy-free. The issue lies in a chocolate covered "groom" strawberry. He reached out to us a month and a half after the wedding. There were many emails and correspondence between us and the groom that you seem to be unaware of.
