I can’t express enough how great it was to work with Pat. Any questions I had he answered promptly and was always there to answer my calls (even while on vacation)! He priced my house perfectly which led to multiple offers. He was present through every single step of the process. It was a stressful time and he alleviated all my concerns and worries!
