Amazing vieux carre and delicious venison poppers. The others were right! Also, I loved the tacos - smokey, piled high with generous portions and divine flavors.
A total gem! Jen was lovely and the food was absolutely outstanding. The gumbo was the best I’ve literally ever had and the venison poppers were tender and delicious. Cabyn has an incredible beverage program, too, and everything is priced so well. Had an amazing time. Thanks, Jen!
The best dinner salad, ever. My brother & I had Cabyn Trip salads, with smoked steelhead. Amazingly good. Nice place and friendly service. Good martinis, too.
