We had an excellent time! While indeed it is not necessarily the best staffed (a bunch of 16 year olds) they remained professional and helped us have a great time. The facility itself is super clean, and the equipment is in great condition. I wouldn’t recommend over 5 in a party though, 2 hours is not a lot of time when you have 5 people rotating. Now go get out there and have some fun pretending to be a pro!

My wife contacted them the day before to make sure they were open for SUP rentals. I called them the morning before going up and they confirmed they were open and had plenty of boards to rent. We drove up from Idaho Falls and they said another group booked everything in advance for the entire day. Summer weekends in Idaho are precious, and these guys ruined one for us, this place is a one star bummer.

Very disappointed. I have never been and was excited to try it out. Our friends were moving to Chicago and so we wanted to do something we hadn't done before. We decided to go paddleboarding. We found out it closed at 8 and we knew we needed to make a reservation. We called an hour before and told them we were coming at 6:45. When we had pulled up (earlier than we had said), we talked to an employee who looked like he was getting ready to leave. He explained that they "closed early because no one was coming." We loved the wakeboarding and paddleboarding. One of the staff was newer and they jerked my daughter and the cable backward rather than going forward. Her arm was hurt, but not seriously. The overall experience was fun and we were able to schedule a couple of hours on the lake.

Out of all honestly the service up front was terrible, reserve things is a joke and it seems like other people get to proceed ahead of you after you reserved your item and have to wait and still only get your time limit after half of it was wasted waiting.. other than that the place was pretty decent

Went here today while visiting my daughter. We were just going to rent a couple SUPs but she talked me into trying the cable wakeboarding. What a great experince. The owner stopped what he was doing to personally work the cable for me. Coached me as well which allowed me to hit the rail and the jump. Thanks Cable Factory!

100 percent ground-fed filtered water. Clear to 20 feet + on a sunny day. Great for swimming and only $5 a carload for beach access. Good fishing, paddle boarding, and wake boarding.
