First off you'll wait forever and a day until work orders get fulfilled. Second they change management like a stripper changes clothes. Third, they're constantly having water issues. And aside from not being able to hold onto maintenance personnel, they raise your rent to where it's unaffordable.
they are the worst apartments I have ever lived in and they owe me my deposit and keep giving me the run around like it got returned or lost. I am reporting them and I am not gna take this from GVA

they never answer the phones. they're never in the office. can never get a hold of management or maintenance unless you see a maintenance man walking the property. my ac has been leaking for over a month!
very good place to live nice people and they have two swimming pool's a gym open 24/7.
Maintaince sucks..management sucks as well..
