Something for everyone! This staple of Bitch Bay delivers on all fronts! Excellent customer service and delicious candy and other goods. My personal favorites The Dream bar and the homemade caramels.
Very disappointed in the service we received at the C Shop. We waited bet 20 minutes for our food and then they made us the wrong order. The girl/server didn't apologize and wasn't sincere, the girls were rude and not very nice. I used to think so highly of the C Shop and now let's say we won't be back. When I went up to the manager and explained what happened, she was nice but not enough to change our mind about the service.

I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience in the Cafe. Depending on how busy it is, 20 minutes is about the time it takes for a sandwich and a pizza usually will be about half an hour. Everything is made to order so it takes some time. We're not fast food even though we have counter service. :) I will follow up on the order mixup and the service. First class all the way, if you are hungry for something sweet,savory,salty, hot or cold, this is your one stop solution. plus they have a wonderful staff.
Everyone who works here is always so kind! The atmosphere is very welcoming. My family and I can't wait for the cafe to open again this weekend! The taffy is yummy too!!!! Thank you for being such an awesome business. ❤️
The staff are warm and friendly, and the food is exceptional. They had sold out of chowder by 6pm, so I had pizza instead. The crust is crispy, but also very bready and soft. It was creamy, cheesy and savory all at once. Comes out piping hot, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get (: love this place. I'll go again.
