I have been living at The Byway for eight months now! I really do enjoy the amenities such as the pool and gym at this apartment complex. They have restaurants and a coffee shop on site which has been very convenient. Overall the apartment units feel very luxury and new. The AC and heating works great. The hardwood floors are very easy to clean. The balcony is so big and I have a studio apartment. The Pros - The complex is relatively new - The complex does have some nice amenities (pool, exercise room, dog off leash area) - The maintenance of the grounds seems to be reasonably good - After hours maintenance was responsive and attentive - There is some communication regarding making the complex a comfortable community - The maintenance crews are working hard to keep the property looking good on a unit-by-unit basis. Terrible management. You can’t even go to office and ask questions about your rental agreement without getting a bad attitude.i have to walk up there and tell them to please respond to the emails and calls from my case worker. I don’t know why they even work at that office if they cant do there job right. My friend got his tires popped while his car was parked in my parking space, management didn’t do anything, didn’t show us the camera recordings or pay for damages. I have really bad experience here. Move in since last year August I live in the 1st floor. I understand and accept that the noice when you live in apartment but the family above of mind keeps walking pulling, footsteps so lound all night. It happens since I moved in. I called the police, called the management the Policeman came and the management open the case but its only stop the noice only a few days after that its happened again and again.
