I have really bad experience here. Move in since last year August I live in the 1st floor. I understand and accept that the noice when you live in apartment but the family above of mind keeps walking pulling, footsteps so lound all night. It happens since I moved in. I called the police, called the management the Policeman came and the management open the case but its only stop the noice only a few days after that its happened again and again. Im single Mom and have 2 years old baby. My baby crying all night because of that.... read more
It’s a little noisy during the day, but I have no trouble sleeping at nights. We have a really nice view of the sunrise as well as the sunset! I’ll add some pics I took off of our balcony for your enjoyment. We have an awesome kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer in the big bathroom! We are extremely comfortable here, and have met some really nice people.
If you are considering moving into The Byway Apartment, I strongly recommend reconsidering. The management has a concerning pattern of withholding deposits from tenants, citing vague and often unreasonable charges. After speaking with multiple former residents, it’s clear that very few, if any, ever receive their deposits back in full. The parking situation is another major issue—policies are inconsistent, and tenants are frequently misled about parking rules. Additionally, management enforces pet policies selectively. Симпатичный комплекс. Относительно новый. Цены высокие. Публика разношерстная проживает. Есть парковка 🅿️ и gym. Расположен на оживленной улице. Рядом есть кафе и магазины. Делала фото, но сейчас телефон не дает возможности загрузить фото по непонятной причине.
Nice exterior, decent interior. Management responds quickly, maintenance requests are taken care of fast. Nice neighborhood (don't leave your bike out without a lock tho). Rent is high. Reasonable charges for moving out (got most of my deposit back). The staff are helpful and nice. Would consider moving back in if I could afford rent. Trash areas are a mess though... Sometimes very much so with furniture, loose trash and bagged trash often surrounding the trash containers.
