It’s very disappointing, completion should be in 2023 and till now we don’t see any progress, plus many features has been cancelled like the pool. developer said they won’t give the deposit back unless the developer cancels the project, All buyers should get a refund ASAP with a compensation fee.

Extremely disappointing. Was supposed to be built by 2023. Now the builders are fighting each other in court and they won't return our deposit. We expected much better from a builder like Fernbrook !!
