Staff is very friendly and they have loads of options for human and pet meats as well as other canned and chilled items
I received exceptional customer service, and this was my first time picking up dog food. They have ample selections and price points. I have noticed my dog enjoys his meals more. The exceptional customer service, in combination with the quality products and ample variety, makes this butcher shop a great place to visit if you're looking for a raw diet for your dog in the rogue valley.
I see why this shop has 5 stars across the board. Got a half a beef done here and had absolutely some of the best customer service, they had patience with my ignorance and when they give you a date just consider it done. I regularly come here for dog food - never had any issues. If course get ppl food too, but last visit, I bought two large racks of prime rib, asked for a certain cut on both, but when I received, both racks were combined and mixed up. Had no idea which was which... guess I shoulds been more clear? Customer service is top notch! They're on it!
