Phenomenal! The chefs have created culinary delights that we were not expecting. Ownership has chosen not use seed oils and that alone tells us everything we need to know. Finally, someone is paying attention and cares about what is being served. We had the steak, fries (fried in beef tallow), Greek potato salad, ribs, salad and the nicest almond / pistachio dessert that made me put my no sugar rule to the side. Cozy place with BIG flavors. Staff has always been lovely.
Stopped in around 6, the after work crowd filled the room, so we bellied up to the bar. The bartender was so friendly, super efficient and very attentive. We ordered the BBQ Shrimp appetizer to share and it was Ah-mazing! Fabulous taste, perfectly cooked shrimp and the dipping bread, the best in Maine! They have a full bar, excellent Pinot Grigio, small dining area, clean restrooms. We'll be back!
Honestly, this place didn’t live up to the hype.. the three two top tables near the window, they are so close you may as well be sitting at the table with those next to you.. I could barely hear my wife sitting across from me.. nobody was being loud.. we were literally just that close.. the service was great, the food, sub par, my wife’s shrimp Alfredo was under seasoned, no salt at the table? My drunken noodles.. almost too salty to eat.
