It was my first time buying half a cow here. It was a very great experience. They were very nice and friendly when I run out of meat. I'm definitely going back.
We have searched for a quality processor for years. We picked up our meat yesterday and it's beautifully packaged. Most importantly to us, they use clean ingredients. There's no nitrates, nitrites, food dye, "natural" flavors, or artificial flavors. Their seasonings are things you can grow in your garden.
