I called the pines/weston location around 9:50am with a very simple question and a young man answered the phone and was so incredibly rude for no reason. He answerd my question with "uhuh" and didnt say bye he just hung up. And I was being nice, If you cant hanlde nice customers Id hate to think what he is capable of around difficult customers. I would not feel safe around him.

Terrible customer service, they ignore you when you come in, but expect for you to know all their store rules as if you were their employee, No thank you I will spend my money elsewhere.
