A wise man once said “A picture tells a thousands words”. Just look into this guys eyes and you’ll see who he is - cold, self-centered to the core and solely concerned about his profit. Gregg not only tried to push his services on me and didn’t want to take no for an answer, but he was vicious towards a friend of mine. I was also told by an old friend, when inquiring about Gregg, that he is a slum lord. There’s even an article about it. Do the world a favor and find a different loan officer.

Had a conversation on the phone with Gregg who returned my voicemail in a timely manner. He was frank about the situation in the market and told me that the rates I was getting was the best. Gregg seems like a honorable professional who tells you they way things are!

I would not recommend. There were way too many errors on the loan estimate and the closing disclosure. The team was not easy to get in touch with and it was hard to get clear answers to questions I had.

First time, they were great. Second time, not so much. Made errors during our remortgage. Would not recommend.

I have done three mortgages through the Busch Team and have found them to be responsive and very much in front of the process. With other companies the process has been fraught with problems and lots of 11th hour requests for information. With First Savings there were no surprises and this part of the transaction was secured well in advance of the closing. I would and have highly recommended this company to friends and family.
