I had to stop at The Burrito Shop and pick up 8 huge burritos, and take them up to Enzio Ferrari's compound up on Broadway Terrance for Enzio's Warthog, Walter ..he just loves them, he'll even eats the foil if you leave them wrapped. Those burritos looked so good, I got one for myself, and it was amazing! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆'s and well worth the trip!
I grew up 5 minutes from lakeshore, where the old Burrito Shop used to be before it was replaced by the Pete’s expansion. My family knew the women cooking, and the minute we walked in they started cooking our go to order, cheese quesadillas with re-fried beans and rice inside. When we could go to Castro Valley for mini golf, we would always go to the Castro Valley Burrito Shop with delight. Perfect nachos - loaded, cheesy, flavorful! Other places in Oakland and Berkeley genuinely don't compare. I only wish I knew about these nachos sooner. Can't wait to try everything else on the menu!
