**Terrible Experience at Burnham Nashville – Unresponsive Management and Zero Support** I cannot express enough how horrible my experience was living at Burnham Nashville. I can't stress enough how horrible Burnham Nashville is. The management is absolutely terrible, and they are not helpful at all. It’s honestly the worst building you could possibly rent from, and there’s no way anyone will be happy dealing with them. If you see any positive reviews, they are definitely from management or their family and friends – there’s absolutely no way they deserve any good feedback. This is a review for Lee who oversees all the maintenance at the Burnham. Lee goes above and beyond and is always reliable!!! Since I live out of state, it is difficult for me to address issues in person! Lee is my go-to and I cannot thank him enough!
If you are looking to be a short term rental host or stay at a rental unit at The Burnham, would strongly recommend against it. While the location is excellent, staying in a rental unit is at best like staying in a college dormitory and at worst a fraternity house. The Latch system for access to parking, the elevators, and hallways is ineffective from a security perspective and inefficient as a guest.
