If you are looking for a building that allows AirBnBs that has management that will address your concerns in a timely manner, this is probably not the place. I got a unit in February of 2026 to AirBnB and had several issues in the first few months of having the unit. Kayla made our stay the best! We wanted the full Nashville experience and she had all the tips and tricks to make our stay incredible! and she threw in the cute southern accent for free. I couldn’t believe how nice, clean and affordable the units are. We’ll definitely be going back to the Burnham. Thanks Kayla and the rest of the Staff!!
Great stay here, the ladies in the leasing office were so friendly. Kayla actually sang us a song that we were asking about and she did an amazing job. If you're staying here I would go say hi to the ladies in there!
Clean, convenient to broadway street and all the restaurants. Quite environmentally friendly. Security in the building was great. Conveniently located by coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores.
