My friend and I stayed there and Maria who was a security guard was so amazing. She helped me with my intoxicated friend making sure we got home safe in our apartment. The apartment and property itself was beautiful clean and amazing. Will definitely be staying there again. Maria is the best!!!

Occasionally you’ll get the random crazy strolling by in the city. It happens. This one was particularly violent, loud and vulgar outside the building. There were children just inside the lobby too, but thanks to Officer Castleman’s calm, cool and collected authority a crisis was avoided. We all appreciated her presence. The building and its tenants are in good hands.

Extremely disappointing experience. The leasing office is rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. For the exorbitant rent charged for such a tiny space, you would expect decent management, but they refuse to handle basic maintenance. ​Our cabinet door is literally falling apart due to cheap craftsmanship, yet management claims it's our responsibility to fix it. The maintenance service in this building appears to be quite inefficient. The office staff also seems to be rather unhelpful and impolite. It presents a challenging environment for both residents and businesses. Shortly after I signed my last lease, a new charge of fifty dollars per month was introduced for "package" reception, effectively adding an extra six hundred dollars annually simply to receive my own mail.
