Burnham is a great place to visit. The staff was very nice and helpful. The place was decorated so nice. The pool area had great chairs and was so relaxing. Great place to spend your vacation being right downtown Nashville.
Recently stayed here for two nights through AirBnB. The hosts and unit were great, as was the proximity to Broadway. Unfortunately, windows are incredibly thin resulting in the constant noise outside, there were homeless people digging in the dumpsters and loitering outside the back garage entrance and you are required to download an app for entry to all doors and garage. My friends and I stayed here for 4 days and we loved it. We met a beautiful young lady who works there. She was working the night shift in the front on Wednesday and she has such a beautiful soul! We talked to her for about 30 minutes and we enjoyed every minute of it! Shoutout to her! Her kindness made our entire night. Props to her and the Burnham staff for hiring such an incredible human being.
I can’t shower enough accolades on Kayla Frazier (leasing office). From the get-go, she has been professional, authentic, responsive, transparent, thorough and detail-oriented — all such integral traits not just in business but in life. In large part, it’s Kayla’s efforts that have been so pivotal in helping to inform my direction. *Shout out to Jordan as well, who’s such a delight!
