I called Fred for an emergency service and he responded immediately, even coming out for an in home visit as a first time customer. He quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the necessary parts, and provided excellent service. As someone who researches pricing, I found his rates to be very reasonable. Fred was friendly, informative, and professional throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend him and would call again for future service.

Fred is great! I had an issue with the hot water tank and he and his son came and fixed it right away. They also did a cleaning on the boiler. I highly recommend him.

Came home to a flooded boiler room and basement. Fred came out right away, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He explains what he is doing, and educates you on how your system works. Couldn't ask for anything more. An absolute professional tradesman.

Fred is kind, professional, reliable, knowledgeable, accommodating and skilled. I called for assistance expecting that he would not be available until a day or so but not only did Fred come same day but he fixed my issue in under 35 minuets.
