Fred is absolutely amazing! Today is the Christmas Eve and just yesterday we brought our newborn home from the hospital; and at 4am today our heat stopped working. It is one of the coldest days of the winter so far. Fred not only picked up when we called at 4:30am but came over and fixed our heat before 7am!!!! What more can you say - absolutely amazing!
Fred is kind, professional, reliable, knowledgeable, accommodating and skilled. I called for assistance expecting that he would not be available until a day or so but not only did Fred come same day but he fixed my issue in under 35 minuets. I have always received fast and reliable service from this technician. I really appreciate meeting his apprentice (his son) who is also just as knowledgeable, skilled and kind.
