Came home to a flooded boiler room and basement. Fred came out right away, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He explains what he is doing, and educates you on how your system works. Couldn't ask for anything more. An absolute professional tradesman.
Fred is kind, professional, reliable, knowledgeable, accommodating and skilled. I called for assistance expecting that he would not be available until a day or so but not only did Fred come same day but he fixed my issue in under 35 minuets. Fred is absolutely amazing! Today is the Christmas Eve and just yesterday we brought our newborn home from the hospital; and at 4am today our heat stopped working. It is one of the coldest days of the winter so far. Fred not only picked up when we called at 4:30am but came over and fixed our heat before 7am!!!! What more can you say - absolutely amazing!
