It was awesome!
Luna was rude to me and my group of 8 on multiple occasions on our visit. It was bad enough other patrons commented on how she made the experience horrible. If I see her working I'm more likely to leave than order anything. Hopefully this gets resolved. I love the Casbah and will not be enjoying the establishment when she is working. If the restaurant or managers want additional details I am more than happy to give a more detailed account to the powers that be.
The girl with the shaved sides seemed hesitant to give us cups for our drinks we had to ask for them. The meals didn’t even come with fries. She completely changed her demeanor around customers of her own race. The burger was just okay and pretty small. The chicken sandwich was dry and the prices were outrageous. $25 for a kids size meal.
The food was great. A friend told us about the burgers being the best in Lawrence and he wasn’t wrong. They also have a lot of options for fries. By the way I don’t like sweet potato fries but my wife’s were amazing, next time I will order my own. They have a nice selection of beer and other beverages.
