I’ve been getting their burgers for 15 years. They have changed and evolved with time but went for dinner last night and they were still delicious. They now source their beef from local consciously raised cows.
I know it's a controversial opinion to have in Lawrence, but I've never gotten the hype about this place. The food is decent, but it's expensive, and I could get cheaper and better food at probably any other local place. I've only been a couple times with groups, so maybe I just haven't tried enough of the food here, but I haven't been incredibly impressed with anything I've had. It's decent, but not mind blowing
The food is okay, it's always loud and crowded.
It's all good simple ingredients. Chicken sandwich is a delight. Burgers are big with large buns. Fairly straightforward fair, pretty quick too. Kids portuons are quite large, got kids hot dog and kids burger, both kids loved it.
