Our 94% lean beef is naturally raised on open-range pastures, without any needless antibiotics or additives. Feeling hungry for some comfort food? We also have 100% all-beef hot dogs, fresh-grilled chicken sandwiches, wraps, pulled pork and turkey, and salads. We're located near the Lehigh Valley Mall without all the traffic, minutes from Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, and 3 minutes off Route 22, Fullerton exit.

So I just finished my container of jumbalia and it was really good. I would recommend it to anyone who likes good old fashioned jumbalia. Sure am glad I bought two.

Food is amazing...the people are very friendly...love this place
Food is always amazing and super fresh, made to order. My husband and I also chose them as our catering for our wedding. They did an AMAZING job. I cannot stress enough how great the food was. Everyone complimented the food. We would use them as a caterer again in a heartbeat. We had appetizer trays of fruit, veggies, cheese and crackers, and taco dip. My wife and I, amongst other relatives and friends we've introduced this place to, absolutely love the food and service! I haven't had 1 thing that I didn't like from the shack. I personally don't even bother getting burgers from anywhere else because they don't compare. The owners recently catered our wedding also, and they knocked that straight out of the park.
