I LOVE the BURG! I literally had 3 local mechanics not call me back, so I asked a downtown restaurant owner who she uses and she was EMPHATIC! The BURG! They’ve helped me a ton the last few weeks (I had a number of problems…) They would be a bit of a trek from Disston, but they gave me Lyft rides! They are smart, organized, personable and honest. And they love DOGS! As long as I live here, they’re for me.
Three days ago I heard a horrible sound coming from the bottom of the car. I thought something fell out of the engine. I was very nervous driving and decided to go to Burg Automotive for help. The staff immediately helped me and were very kind. The technician stated a cover fell and he could take care of it. This cover was removed and the noise stopped. I was so relieved. Thank you Burg.
Had my oil changed. They did an entire inspection of my car and gave me a detained analysis of everything my car needed done. They were great to work with. I highly recommend them.
The Burg Automotive is a place you can take your vehicle and know they not only do the best job on the service requested, but also do the extra. They are a great group of people that really care and can communicate to their customers about maintaining their vehicles. They are honest, good, people. Thank you the Burg Automotive!
