Went in to have radiator replace. They called me everyday just to let me know how it was going. They even offered to pick me up when it was done. They did a great job.l would go back. Thank you.
DO not use they are overpriced and deceptive 1300 to replace actuator door for a no heat issue did not fix issue then was told it was heater core additional 1900 took to another shop found out had a leak in evaporator and when they took it a part found no insulation around a/c heater box which is considered shop material the burg overlook that as they are the ones that originally took it apart? Had the job done for 1400 far cry from 1300+1900 and that includes evaporator and heater core which i chose to due because it's more... read more
I am very pleased with the Burg! Always explain what needs to be done before working on my car. They even offered Uber to get me to work. Very friendly folks. Quality workmanship.
Great 1st time experience with The Burg Automotive! Car was diagnosed and fixed very fast, and it was much cheaper than I could have imagined. Heather was extremely knowledgeable and made the process go fast and smooth. Will definitely be back for all future needs and will recommend to everyone I know.
