This was a decent place to live during my first year, but the quality of the property and management has gone significantly downhill following changes in the property management company and maintenance staff. I've lived at the Bungalows of Port Orange for the past three years, and I have no major complaints. The manager Jen is amazing and has consistently gone above and beyond whenever I've needed assistance. Junior, the maintenance man, has also been excellent, responding promptly whenever I submit a service request. I live in a one bedroom apartment with my two cats, and there's plenty of space for all of us. The apartment has a beautiful black bar area that matches the appliances perfectly. Jennifer, the manager on site is great. She always responds when I have a question or need anything. My air conditioner wasn't cooling enough and a new unit was ordered right away and installed the day it arrived.
Just renewed my lease for another year, so thankful for Jenn in the office she's always there when i have a question, or if I need anything fixed, she gets right on it!
