These bungalows are wonderful! Everyone was very friendly and helpful in all the steps of building and moving in. It's exactly what our family of 4 was looking for. The enclosed patio is a wonderful outdoor area for the kids to play in. We couldn't be happier with our decision to move here!
Pleased with all the staff of The Bungalows at Mayfair." They accommodated to my time whenever I scheduled for meetings. Not so crazy about the appliances especially because the refrigerator doesn’t not match with the space dimensions and I have had some issues with the gas stove. Other than that, a very well planned out home where there is space for everything. The pantry and the master closet are spacious! We are very happy in our new home!
Building a new home is as exciting as it is stressful. My husband and I built our home through Preferred Living in 2018 and their level of customer service exceeded our expectations. I have had 3 homes built and Loni Long was the best I have ever worked with. Questions were answered quickly and in such a professional way. Problems that occurred were addressed and Paul remedied them in a timely manner. It was a great experience working with Loni and I would highly recommend Bungalows at Mayfair.
