The gardens are beautiful.
What a wonderful way to spend a day. With calming music playing in the garden, bouncy playful shaped hedges, fragrant flowers, tea, cake and lots of places to perch. It's a great place to have a weekend retreat or wedding with its incredible ivy chapel. They even put on an Easter egg hunt.
A beautiful tranquil walk through the gardens, a peaceful atmosphere to enjoy a tea and cake in so many places to sit and enjoy different parts of the garden. One of the best Australian gardens, ready to rival even the Botanicals and big enough to be called 'The Royal National'. If you're looking for a reason to visit Tenterfield, make it this.
The Ivy Leaf Chapel was absolutely amazing today! The garden is open for the Easter long weekend, and everything—from the beautifully manicured hedges to the stunning chapel itself—is just so thoughtfully done. They even have delicious homemade cakes and scones, which made the visit extra special. It’s honestly hard to believe that all of this has been created and maintained by just one person.
