Hair cutting technique damaged my hair. I visited about two months ago. I was about 1-2 minutes late because I was struggling to find the place. I had to call because the pictures didn’t match the location. It turned out the pictures were not accurate and showed a different salon. My hair was in a bun because I just had parked my bike. Love the people here, especially Kary Moran who does my hair (color/cut). She always listens to what I want and has the expertise to give me the color and haircut I like. They recently moved from downtown Pleasanton to a salon suite in Pleasanton. It’s located inside Phenix Salon now but they’ve made it cozy and pretty inside and it’s the same great people and service. The space is clean, welcoming, and wonderfully quiet. Went in for a men’s cut and was really impressed! Olivia was friendly and professional from start to finish. Precautions for Covid include sanitizer masks and temp checks Highly recommend this place in downtown Pleasanton!
