Was extremely rude who answered the phone I was Trying to ask a question and was told we’re fully booked up
Tried to call to set up an appointment for Monday (not knowing they were closed then). The woman who answered said “no appointments available”. I asked if there were appointments the rest of the week. She ignored it or didn’t hear me and asked me if I was a new client which I said “yes” and then asked if I was referred where I replied “no”. She then told me “we definitely don’t have appointments on Monday because we are closed” with attitude.
