I’m not one to put a bad review but my sister had an appointment she made 2 months in advanced and the day of our appointment we were all there and eager to see the baby and she had us wait in the waiting area for 20 minutes before she told us her machine has been broken all day. Then she made us a new one for a week later and called the night before and said her machine was still broken, and told us she’d call in the morning and never did. i normally never post reviews, that’s just not me. But I don’t want any other mamas out there to have the same experience I did. I booked my appointment here because the reviews I read were amazing! It made me feel good. Fast forward, I have never experienced worse customer service. I had my appointment booked for OVER a month and the morning of my appointment I was sent a text message saying “we apologize but your appointment has been declined”.
