This morning I called to book an appointment for both my son and daughter, after struggling for weeks to get through on the phone. Unfortunately, the receptionist I spoke to was rude, unfriendly, and abrupt. As someone who works in customer service, I would never speak to a customer in such a manner, and I was shocked by the lack of courtesy. Zero stars if it were possible. Absolutely dreadful! I had an appointment which I tried to cancel 2 days before and despite trying around a dozen times the phone just rang out for several minutes. I also got the engaged tone which I imagine was other patients trying to get through. I tried again in the afternoon and again no reply so I gave up. They then had the audacity to send me a letter to say I failed to cancel my appointment. Unbelievable!

I don’t find some of the receptions very helpful or sometimes can get a bit funny. I spent a whole day trying to get through to them to make a cancellation and when they answered they spoke over me and when I just tried to explain I was worried I’d get charged for not making the appointment, she said well what do you want me to do????? No apology for saying why I couldn’t get through or pleasantness from them. I know not all of them are like that, but I think I must’ve got one with attitude.
