The home inspector requested sent someone else. The inspector that showed informed us that there were MINOR issues with moisture in the basement. During the first rainstorm, the basement flooded. The structural damage that caused the flooding that was missed by the inspector is quoted at $17,000 to be fixed. The master bath leaks anytime there is water in it. This was also missed. There are many other issues that went unnoticed and have cost us thousands of dollars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This is my second time working with this company, they have inspected both our recent home purchases. Always takes time to explain every detail and answer any questions I have. Never in a rush, does a thorough and accurate job.
