DO NOT do business with these people. Working on two years with an active leak, my property is unlivable. There’s tarp and buckets in my bathroom. No comprehensive plan to understand the problem, no expediency to get it done, just a crumb of help if I can continue proving it with pictures of the leak. I’m sick of taking pictures of standing water and muddy buckets for them. Each request follows a pattern. Deny responsibility, blame it on the owner, delay repair.
