I cannot say enough good things about our HOA Building Manager from The Building Group, Anastasia Shuvalova. If there was a ten star option, I would give it. She is responsive, smart, a problem solver and has experience that is trustworthy. Our Condo is very lucky to have her as our manager. A shout out to Roman also who helped make it possible.
Anastasia is professional and very responsive to inquiries. If she doesn't have the answer right away, she will promptly follow up to let you know she hasn't forgotten about your concern.
Please do not contact me directly. I've had enough psychological abuse from your employee as well as from my condo association. I have asked you to leave me alone. Please do so. I will take the heart you left as an admission of your guilt of the psychological abuse. Thank you for acknowledging this (screenshot and saved like your previous response.). Floria is God send. She is extremely reliable and easy to work with.
Working with Tamara has been a blessing! Our previous property manager was severely negligent but we were switched and are now in a new and beautiful world. It has been such a positive experience working with her. She is highly competent and on top of the work. She is quickly setting a new high standard and if she is your property manager, you're in good hands.
