I have a problem with hot water. Staff don't respond to phone calls or emails. I can't recommend this company.
I can’t speak for the rest of the issues that others are experiencing with the building group but I can state that all of my interactions with Tamara Ibraheem have been exceptional! Tamara always responded promptly to any questions or problems that I’ve had! She even responded to issues while on vacation! I’m dismayed that she’ll no longer be my agent and that whomever replaces her has a pretty high bar to meet! Kind of mixed feelings here. Lots of good people, Tamara, Nick and Kristine have been great to work with but seems like TBG bought off more than they can chew with the resources the choose to commit.
