Abysmal communication. I have found their staff to be consistently rude, disorganized, and incompetent. I have interacted with their team roughly a dozen times over the past five years. Each time has been a new headache. If given the choice between being stabbed with a rusty fishing iron or continuing to work with this crowd, I would select the fishing iron.
Most efficient and so pleasant to deal with
It was a pleasure to be guided and assisted by the building group, specifically by Ajnur Genis! Ajnur helped tremendously in making the entire purchase process very easy and efficient! I knew my client and I were in good hands as we did not encounter any set backs at all and met our timelines with ease. My buyer client is really happy, as I and I know he is in really good hands moving forward with the high level of attention he will constantly receive as a new Condo owner in the building.
HOA was incredibly responsive and helpful.
