I'm seeing all of the bad reviews but I have to say that since switching to TBG we've seen great improvements in communication with the HOA and building repairs that are getting addressed. When in need of contact, they are quick to respond. They took on a building that was in sore need of TLC with several issues and all have been either addressed or scheduled for future repairs. So far I'm pleased with their services.
Horrid. Actually I'd like to discuss it right here in the comments. I CONTINUE to be discriminated against by the Condo Board at my building and your associate Rebecca Wales just slurps up everything they say and doesn't listen to concerned residents. I have had 2 safety issues, one with an unhoused person sleeping in the foyer and another with a resident leaving their car runing in my garage for hours. SHE DID NOTHING. So far the interaction that I have had with this management company is less than favorable. Still waiting for my request to be honored.
This is the worst management customers service . im following up from last 3weeks for online account activation. And the lady who answered the call is extremely unprofessional and rude. I wish i would have record her voice and post @thebuildinggroup please hire someone who actually want work.
