Our condo building has been working with Anastasia Shuvalova at TBG for quite some time. She has always been great to work with. She replies quickly and has great suggestions. Recently, our building has needed some major work, and she has coordinated the meetings and contractors while keeping all owners up to date. Very satisfied with having her manage our building!
Marsha, the property mgr. at 5757 N Sheridan was a great asset to the successful closing for the sale of unit 19F! She provided HOA documents upfront at our very first meeting. She supplied them again on a 2nd request. She supplied them again when the lender was changed. Thank you for your patience in working with Kale Realty.
I would give them negative 10 stars if that was an option. Do yourself a favor and do not hire them. You are probably even better being self- managed. It was mind boggling how terrible this company is. Our building was initially managed by Cagan and our contract was bought out by the Building Group. I will say that this is the most unresponsive and inept company I have ever worked with. They drop the ball on every little thing as simple as paying vendors and paying our monthly utility bills. My building is managed by TBG and what started out as rude and incompetent “service” has become downright insulting over the 5 years I have now owned/lived here. We work hard to pay our HOA fees— they never miss a beat in withdrawals or raises— and yet somehow our building is in absolute shambles. A couple of years ago, things worked. I’ve never seen anyone treat customers rudely, the prices are astronomical, not fair, the worst company I’ve ever seen, if you see people, run away from here odalchuk anton. a year later nothing has changed, you call them and no one picks up the phone, they blatantly lie to you, the attitude has not changed, I don’t understand how you can pay them money for their work, their attitude towards the client is nothing
