No bueno. These people suck at responding to tenant issues!
I am not giving The Building Group 5 stars, I am giving our Assistant Property Manger, Floria 5 stars. She has been a wonderful asset to our properties. I feel The Building Group took over too many properties at once and by doing so, customer service went way down. Some VP's are not responding to emails, financial statements month's late and changing key personnel without notice, are very poor business practices. Better communication is needed or I suspect many Associations will go else where.
Anastasia is excellent
Not a good impression of an office team employed by TBG. Communication and follow up, attention to urgent matters, enforcement of rules (no dogs allowed, no Airbnb allowed, etc) -- all subpar. In the past I was renting for decades from individuals and companies, large and small, good and bad. Owners deserve better. Update: the lack of response is APPALLING. Calling TBG about on-site staff is useless if one is redirected only to on-site staff.
