Very friendly staff, but they were not able to help us when the work involved a ladder to get to wasp nest in a gutter.
Had them here today. And can not say enough about how professional, attention to detail, Polite, on time and super knowledge and skills of the business. The personal are wonderful. Easily would recommend to anyone needing their services.
Today was my first time using Bugman, and I was very impressed. the communication was spot on, the people I dealt with at the office were friendly and professional, and Liam, who showed up to take care of my bald-faced hornet nest, was fantastic. He was punctual, friendly, professional, and I will absolutely use them for any future issues.

Today marks 10 years my family and I have being using Bugman Pest Control for our house on Silverdale in Mission. I remember becoming a client when Nigel (father of current owner Bryce) was considering retiring! Which says a lot. This is generational extermination! I always felt apart of the Bugman family.
