Lost an entire day of business due to repeated scheduling errors. Was supposed to be booked for 9-1:30 ended up with 1:30-3:30 which I accommodated by cancelling an entire day of clients. Was then given a call at 3:30 to say they wouldn’t be there until between 4-7pm. I decided to cancel and had an amazing company come out the next day. Wouldn’t recommend these guys.
