We have used their services to help with spiders and insects 2 years in a row.each Time the treatment far exceeded the timeframe which was fantastic since my autistic son struggles a lot with this. Not only this but they even offered a complimentary exterior spray at our new home after we had our house burned down and lost everything. Great services, amazing work and fantastic kind people. We will never use anyone else!! And they are forever in our hearts!
Very friendly staff, but they were not able to help us when the work involved a ladder to get to wasp nest in a gutter.
Had them here today. And can not say enough about how professional, attention to detail, Polite, on time and super knowledge and skills of the business. The personal are wonderful. Easily would recommend to anyone needing their services.
Today was my first time using Bugman, and I was very impressed. the communication was spot on, the people I dealt with at the office were friendly and professional, and Liam, who showed up to take care of my bald-faced hornet nest, was fantastic. He was punctual, friendly, professional, and I will absolutely use them for any future issues.
