This is an honest company and I am so glad I called them. John came out to give me a free estimate which was very valuable to me, because he found that neither of the two problems I thought I had was of much concern (what I thought were possible entryways for rodents, and "carpenter ants" which turned out to be swarming ants). I have been waiting for 4 months for this company to repair my crawl space. Granted I haven't paid them. However you expect to get a quote, approve to pay' and it's done. Not 3 x the doors are not correct and no communication. Plus spoke to their general manager Becky. She completely don't care. Said would call me back never did. I have had this company for 10 years as my termite control. Imagine if your new customer. Go somewhere else

We have tried several times to make Ms. B. become a pleased customer. Right after I talked to her she called our phone number thinking she was calling a corporate office reporting that we were not addressing her issues. She then sent an e-mail, that came to me, within minutes of talking to her. I then called her and she informed me she did not trust me I decided to let our supervisor handle it.
