10/10 recommend. I’ve been on the bi-annual General Crawling Insects schedule for over 2 years now and it’s made a world of a difference. I also had them come out for a wasp problem this summer, which was promptly handled. Everyone is incredibly nice, quick with responses, and Adam (the technician) is awesome.
Working with the Bug Man and Queen Bee was a really positive experience. I was able to schedule and pay online from my vacation location and speak with them on the phone. They came to my house promptly and now my war with the ants is over. My ants have been persistent and invading my home for a number of years and they knew what to do. Worth every penny and if they come back in 6 months I "ant" ticipate that I will be calling them again.
Peter who came to service my house for ants was incredibly professional, intelligent and willing to explain the bug situation and very helpful. No bugs to date and their warranty is very customer friendly.
Always does a great job. We have it done twice per year.
I am very pleased with the Bug Man and Queen Bee. Julie is an absolute doll and makes scheduling so easy. Peter is prompt and extremely professional when he is on site. I recommend their services to anyone with bug problems. I don’t have to worry about spiders anymore!
