Robert C., our technician today, was very respectful and kind! We have had NO negative experiences with the Bug Doctor Company since we started with them 2 years ago. They answer their phones, they reply to text, they schedule appointments within a week or sooner! I can't thank them enough for being efficient and knowledgeable and answering all of my questions! We definitely share and recommend them to our family, friends and neighbors!
We have used The Bug Doctor since moving to Ocala and have always been satisfied with the service and employees. Today we had Robert help us with our quarterly treatment but also with a terrible outbreak of ants that has been driving us crazy. Robert was very professional and helpful. He explained very clearly what we need to do after his treatment. Very pleased with him.
