Just started a new service with The Bug Doctor. So far very happy. Robert Craig came out. Although he was only a few minutes late he immediately apologized. No excuses- just a sincere apology which I found refreshing. Robert was very thorough inside and out and he addressed all of my questions and concerns professionally. Great start to what I hope will be a successful relationship.
Huge shoutout to William his customer service is top-notch, and he’s so kind and patient, especially with dogs. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does, and it shows in the care and professionalism he brings to every visit. Thank you, William, for always going above and beyond!
Jerry came and did an inside and outside service. He was professional, kind, and answered any questions. I would use his company again and will be recommending it to anyone in need of a similar service!
I've been a loyal customer of the Bug Doctor for 2 1/2 years, initially starting with 2 homes, and eventually adding a third. I also had them perform a termite treatment on 1 of the homes. A requirement for that is an annual inspection for the Bug Dr's insurance to cover if termite damage in the future. Unfortunately, over time, the level of customer service significantly declined.
