I placed an order for birthday flowers online (they do not answer the phone at the shop and the voicemail instructions said to order online). The order stayed in pending status past the expected delivery date. I called multiple times, left a few voicemails and also emailed (also per their voicemail instruction). Never heard back at all. Finally, 3 weeks later I filed a complaint with my credit card company and was refunded the money. I never heard from the florist about what happened. How embarrassing! Ellie was an absolute godsend for my wedding. I can truly say our wedding would not have been as beautiful without her creative vision! She is so talented and her artistic eye helped with many of the design aspects of our day. She is so chill and easy to work with, I trusted her fully throughout the process.
