My massage and Ayurvedic bodywork experience at The Buddhas Medicine was restorative, relaxing and energizing. My LMT Chris Thurston was extremely knowledgeable and engaging and recommended a local Basti over my heart for heart palpitations I had been having. I slept incredible for at least a week after my treatment, finally calmed my mind and noticed better digestion and no more palpitations! Can’t wait to go back for another treatment!
