I had my new patient appointment with Dr Matt last Friday. The session was extremely helpful because he spent over three hours with me to go over my health history, diet, lifestyle, etc. He came up with a very comprehensive plan to help regain my health. I feel blessed to come across an MD and an Ayurvedic Doctor with a strong meditation and Yoga practice with a touch of gentle humor and a lot of kindness. My massage with Chris was THE BEST massage I have ever had. His expertise and steady, firm, and intentional pressure were incredibly helpful. I left with my body feeling like jello and my mind clear and calm. I also got to try the ayurvedic practice of Shirodahra, and it was unlike anything I had ever experienced.
