Matt Buckley called yesterday with a few hour notice to see my property. I told him it was OK providing that he sent proof of ‘buyer’s,s ability. He submitted a piece of paper that came in two parts. One was stating PNC and the other part was a dollar amount that had NO reference to who was the person looking. In fact there was no name at all on the statement. The balance on the account was zero.
