Good food great atmosphere very sweet staff great place to sit and enjoy.
The Thanksgiving dinner buffet they served us was excellent. All the traditional things (except pumpkin pie) and quite tasty. The seafood chowder was to die for! They serve full dinners mainly on special occasions such as today. But the real piêce de resistance was the inn itself. Tin ceilings, an awesome curved carved staircase leading to the rooms they rent out, a wrap-around balcony, and a puppy-dog chained outside that was wiggling himself into a paroxysm of joy when Doug stopped to pet him. Warmth and charm are everywhere. The owners are very informative with knowledge of the area. Love all the hummingbirds feasting at more then a half dozen feeders hanging from the upstairs wraparound balcony . Definitely a place you won"t want to miss. The food is home cooked and delicious, such a treat!
Great place with a lot of history and charm! Wonderful people who make you feel like part of the family. And the breakfast was fantastic! Would definitely go again. Thank you!
