I had a massage at the Sandy Springs location and it was one of the best ever! Will definitely go again when I’m visiting Atlanta!
I visited the Sandy Springs location today, and for the first time ever, I found myself counting down the minutes until the massage was over. The therapist seemed annoyed, she kept huffing and puffing as if she was ready to be done, and her demeanor wasn’t warm or welcoming. The massage itself was disappointing. I came here for my birthday the other day, the secretary was so blah and rude. Didn’t even welcome me in , not a hello or anything. I had to say something to her first so it literally already felt like a bad vibe. I hate coming to black owned establishments & The customer service is not good. The secretary working at the time , Didn’t have good customer service. Didn’t even greet me!
Came for Valentines Day to treat myself. Did a 60 min Swedish massage with Dionne. She was great. Will 100% be back and recommend this location.
