Noticed the management bashing customers in review comments. The best food couldn't convince me to take a chance on being treated like this. I will gladly never eat here and advise locals, and tourists alike, from South Haven not to eat here. Take some of your money and buy some manners Ken.
Bones come in salmon. I think they went above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Owner stated how he felt. Since when is it in bad form to state what's on your mind. By the way I have eaten there. One of the best burgers I've ever had. Keep up the good work.
Just reading reviews and noticed the owner bashing folks for giving their opinions. Here's a 1star for ya buddy. Bad business practice. Never ate here and probably never will.

Actually food was pretty tasty. Tim had the Buck Burger and we shared pulled pork nachos. I ordered the blackened salmon BLT, and that's where the issue happened. Unfortunately there was a bone in the salmon �. Manager came over and offered me a substitute, on the house. And I didn't get charged for my sandwich. I'd come here again.

I was a little disappointed in my visit to your restaurant Saturday around 5. My daughter and I had decided to eat there that afternoon and the waitress talked to my daughter and totally ignored me when ever she asked us anything. I was the one that paid the bill and I left a tip but I guess she didn't like the way I left it on the table because she met me at the door and tried to lecture me on how to leave a tip. Tasty burgers, service could have been better...at least our's. Our server walked past our table a half dozen times and didn't ask how we were doing until we were done. I can understand if it's hectic but it wasn't even half house.
Amazing! I've seen this place several times while visiting St. Joseph Beach and am soooo glad I stopped in to eat. Took a few youngsters from from the Chi and they were not disappointed. Burgers were delicious, everything was fresh and tasty, the staff was super friendly and it was an amazing experience, I will try to make it back before the end of summer. It was even better than our usual must do burger joint, Redamak's in New Buffalo....I highly recommend it...🤗🤗🤗
