Negative Stars. The agent I was working with ghosted me when I was preapproved and ready to see listings and make offers. I asked her to look into a listing and give me information and schedule a tour. I didn’t hear from her for four days. Her only explanation was that she was “crazy busy.” In the meantime, I found a different realtor who was ready and willing to help me and I had an accepted and signed sales contract within the same timeframe that it took this Bryant Group realtor to get back to me. I reached out to the Bryant Co about renting in Virginia Beach and Mindy Webb (shout out as well for being awesome too!) put me in contact with Chris Williams. Chris was awesome from the get go. He contacted me immediately and we set off looking at places that we’d both found. We saw around 20 different residences during a 2 week timespan.
