I had a poor and bad experience with Jen Post and Bruce English. Jen Post was my agent who came across soft spoken and very nice. When it came to supporting me because I was purchasing a new home in Suffolk, Virginia, but lived in Northern Virginia. She did everything except for supporting me. She had many excuses when it came to meeting each and almost eveytime.
