Apartment was nice, we stayed in 45F. Newly remodeled. Amenities are great; however Terrible service. Watch out they change mgmt fairly often. We stayed there for 3 months while our house was being renovated and they changed two companies. We left more than a month ago and they still are holding our deposit without ANY communication. They are now managed by a company called Greystar. I spoke with the new manager (her name is Isis) she said they need to meet to decide what to do with deposits due to new company mgmt change. RecommendedI love living here, apartments are beautiful! I’ve been here 5 yrs however ofc staff is the worse it’s been in the last couple of months except Joe Sims. Office is always closed during the day and phone calls are ignored. Maintenance crew is awesome. Our requests are always answered immediately. Thank you Miguel!
I would probably give them. 0 of that was an option. Awful service, they look nice but there are a ton of issues with this complex. Don't move here!
They don't show the real mess. They don't show you all the trash in the back ! Been a dump since the company bought it!!! They are a huge hazard and a mess.
The apartments are a good size and the layout is nice. Great neighbors and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Yorba Linda Apartents is a great place to live , all the areas are awesome !!! In the office all are so kind and nice people , I'm really thankful for living here.
