I love the location here. It is so close to restaurants, stores, and everything else. The building is beautiful.
I toured this building on 2/23. I came to tour the studio. The leasing agent gave us a unit number for a self guided tour and it was a one bedroom, NOT a studio. Then, she gave us another unit number and not only did the self guided tour code open the door but that unit was OCCUPIED. THANK GOD the tenant wasn't home but their laptop was open, shoes everywhere, hennesy on the table - this was obviously someone's home, not a model unit. This has been by far the worse apartment I have leased. The management is extremely unresponsive, nothing is ever fixed, nothing is ever addressed. I can’t wait for my lease to end .
