I have been dealing with a serious maintenance issue since June 2025 and it still has not been resolved. My outside door cannot fully open because of an overhang problem, and on multiple occasions, the door has been stuck open. I was a tenant at this property for almost 3 years and I’ll be the first to say: DO NOT RENT from this property for several reasons. My washer was out of service in my unit for 3 months (Jan-March 2024) which led to me needing to transport my laundry to an empty unit in the building for 3 months. My washer being down, in addition to my dryer at a later date breaking, for an extended period of time was a violation of my lease.
