I was a tenant at this property for almost 3 years and I’ll be the first to say: DO NOT RENT from this property for several reasons. My washer was out of service in my unit for 3 months (Jan-March 2024) which led to me needing to transport my laundry to an empty unit in the building for 3 months. My washer being down, in addition to my dryer at a later date breaking, for an extended period of time was a violation of my lease. I absolutely loved touring this community. The gym was top of the line and the apartment was extremely spacious for a o e bedroom. LaChandria was so knowledgeable and hands on. I will be calling this place home soon!
