I arrived and there was a mix up where another guest used our room unscheduled thinking it was theirs. The guests friends told us what had happened and where they put the key. The linens were used up and left dirty. I called the number and messaged through the AirBnB app. The staff was quick to remedy the situation. It was not the fault of the staff and was an honest mistake but I was left impressed with the promptness of their resolution to clean the room and replace the linens. It looks and smells wonderful.
