I met the Browns about 4 years ago. I've used 2 other real estate agents in the past so this isn't my first rodeo. Being that these are my friends I used them for the purchase of a rental property. Let me just say that I wouldn't use anyone else! If you don't understand real-estate let me make it simple. If you buy a house then the agent gets paid!
